The Outback BC0050 Bore Cap is a heavy-duty 304 stainless steel bore head cap designed to protect the top of bore casing while providing a secure, threaded outlet for pipe connections. Built for harsh Australian conditions, it prevents debris, insects, surface water, and contaminants from entering the bore while delivering a clean, professional termination point for pump discharge lines.
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, the BC0050 is ideal for long-term installations where strength, hygiene, and durability are critical. The integrated threaded outlet allows for straightforward connection to rising main pipework, valves, or fittings without compromising bore integrity.
An unprotected bore head is vulnerable to contamination, physical damage, and corrosion. Surface debris or water ingress can compromise water quality and damage pump components over time.
A correctly fitted bore cap seals the bore casing, protects internal infrastructure, and provides a stable mounting point for outlet plumbing — especially important in solar pump installations where systems may be unattended for long periods.
